- Technology sets the standard in the space - Talented team and great culture - Big vision and investors that are committed to the long term opportunity - Good market penetration selling into a complicated space

Cons

- The long term play takes ... time. Addepar's vision has required years of effort and persistence and will undoubtedly require much more. But it's well-positioned to capture a huge market.

Fast-growing environment, chance to tackle new problems almost daily, opportunity to push your career in a fast pace company

Cons

Lack of structure can cause job requirements to change constantly which can be hard to keep up with, new management and new ideas mean you have to shift your focus and adapt quickly which can be difficult.

Pros

Fun and curious coworkers who genuinely enjoy building software and solving problems! Eric and leadership team are wonderful people, and Addepar has an admirable history of internal promotion and helping employees grow their careers.

Cons

When I was there, there was a bit of churn as the company grew from 40 to 100 and beyond. It was a culturally hard transition, and there was a lot of "organization building" that had to be done that felt like it distracted from advancing the product and vision.
