I have been holding back on writing a review for a while thought I didn't know enough about the company to be comprehensive, until now. This is a great company to work for for an engineer - Mobility opportunities, you can always find things you are interested in doing and make impactful changes. - Growing and Learning, you are empowered to work on different parts of the system. There is environment of trust and allowing you to fail (of course, not horrendously) - High quality of engineering peers that have been delightful to work with. And more importantly this is a great company for anyone else: - A very transparent culture, nothing hurts a company more than a deliberately opaque smoke between teams, between people and objectives. - A leadership team that is willing to acknowledge issues, mistakes and pledged to tackle them. - Huge potential with the company
