Best coworkers and teams I’ve ever worked with. Recent change to CEO so hard to say what will change. Fantastic mission and amazing to see lives changed and saved every day. Committed staff 4 day work week is amazing

Internal communication between teams needs work Pay wages could be better and more competitive High turnover in certain departments
