Pros

1. Training is unmatched, the managers take a serious interested in your personal and professionals growth and do what they can to see you succeed. 2. Culture - Awesome environment to work, very collaborative, fun and uplifting. Everyone wants to see success.

Cons

The one down side would be it takes a while to get going in the BDM position if you do not come from the industry. You have to build your book of business but once you do you see the rewards

Work Hard & Get Rewarded

Pros

Being on a base +commission structure, it was nice to know that I was rewarded based on the results I presented. I made great lifelong friends with the coworkers I had on my team. If you stick it out, you'll grow in your leadership opportunities on the team because turnover is so high. I genuinely had a lot of fun working here and it taught me valuable life and career lessons.

Cons

Staffing in general can feel a little cut throat at times, and I was good at what needed to get done, but looking back I wish I hadn't been so encouraged to step on the person next to me in order to get more money and placements in my own pocket. Management is so stressed to get numbers that it affects their ability to lead the team, and they end up spending more time trying to just make it all look better than it really is than fixing the problems at hand. I was wildly disappointed to find out at one point that although I was one of the highest performing recruiters on the team, I was making far less in base compensation than my counter parts.
