Pros

Since graduating college, I've held several jobs, and Addison Group has been by far my favorite. The business I've built here is a direct result of the effort I've put in, along with the exceptional coaching, training, and support I've received from my managers, team, and mentor through our mentorship program. When we're not working hard, we also have plenty of fun—whether it's enjoying group lunches or participating in office events on various holidays. Right now, we're even gearing up for a rodeo event here in Houston! We receive quarterly bonuses, and there are additional competitions and incentives that allow us to earn extra money or even a work-from-home day. I really appreciate that the opportunity to work from home is something you earn through dedication and hard work.

Cons

Salesforce was implemented when I started, and it involves a lot of clicking around and redundant processes that often slow me down—even though I know there's a more efficient way to handle tasks. I've used Sales Navigator at every job since college. Although Addison Group initially didn't provide it, I invested in it myself—about $1,000 over 10 months—to prove its value. Once I demonstrated the success I achieved with it, they eventually provided the tool and even led training on how to use it effectively.

It’s great to know you’re enjoying the team culture and opportunities for extra incentives. We also appreciate your feedback on Salesforce and workflow improvements. Efficiency is always a priority. I personally work right next to our Salesforce team and they are working every minute to make this the best it can be for the field.
