      Commute time. Currently working hybrid with 2 days in the office a week.

      Pros

      I have been at Addison for 7 years now - Wow how time flies by. I have had a great opportunity to watch this company increase their revenue 4-fold. I love how I continue to be challenged and learn every day on the job. I have been able to add so much wonderful experience to my resume because of the growth opportunities at Addison. The people here are the best. They are loyal and fair. The people genuinely care about each other and helping out their teammates. Lastly, it's a fun place to work. We don't take ourselves too serious and have a great balance of ensuring our work is completed at a very high quality level + having fun celebrating our successes.
