Team lunches, flexible breaks. Weekly pay.

Cons

Lack of stability, lack of diversity in the Austin office, unprofessionalism from leaders. Waste of time or king here and no real direction. If you are lucky, you’ll last a month there. Don’t waste your time working here. 90 percent of the 4+ stars reviews are fake and from leaders that will fake everything to your face until you get in the door. They will get rid of you without a second thought.

One of the greatest things about working at Addison is working with some fun and genuine individuals. Working with these individuals feels like I am working with friends - they embrace and allow you to be yourself, but also help you in becoming the best version of yourself.

Cons

The benefit and PTO package could be better. Currently, it is not competitive. It would be nice if they either went to three weeks time off OR unlimited PTO (within reason).
