      Pros

      I have a job, somehow they are growing, the new CEO brought in late 2011 is trying to make changes to improve.

      Cons

      Fully agree with other previous posts on this site. Many real reviews on yelp from temp and longer term contract employee's as well helpful. It is eye opening to see the difference in the reviews for Addison from those for other firms in the industry. If they cared more about helping people find work, then how much $$$ they bring in - I wonder if they would actually make more $$$. Some who work internally move up who don't do much of anything, the good employee's that are few move out. They do not have a normal process for new hires, it is not the most welcoming environment to work in, inappropriate talk in the work place, demeaning talk from managers, disorganization...

      Worst company to work for, they do not care about who works for them only the money they make

      They got me a placement quickly

      Cons

      When I asked to talk to Human Resources I was never able to talk to them but instead the recruiter called me. When I asked be taken out of placement because of a disability and to be put in another, they disregarded my request totally. I also was never able to get in contact with Human Resources.

      Pros

      Good place to learn what you like and don't like. A lot of exposure to business challenges and hierarchical leadership. Great place to go if you're a new grad and aren't sure what you want to do. A stepping stone for the job you want next.

      Cons

      Not open to evolving or restructuring the red tape decision making process. Ran by the "good old boys". To quote Clarence Darrow, "it is not the strongest species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but rather the most adaptable to change". Instead of talking about solutions, most of the time leaders and employees talk about the problems. Kind of a giant blame game, where nobody wants to take accountability for their actions. A lot of fear to speak up.
