      Ability to make lots of money/ good culture

      Cons

      Minimal raises when they are rightfully deserved/ PE firm that currently owns us perhaps have unrealistic projections. budget , so added stress all the way from the top and tickles down

      A Good Company That Recognizes Top Performers

      Pros

      The work is appropriately challenging and keeps people engaged. The benefits and salary are competitive, and there are employee recognition programs that reward employees who go above and beyond expectations.

      Cons

      Not many. There's been more turnover than usual in certain departments, and the goal of more company-wide growth comes with expected growing pains.
