Best decision I have ever made in joining DLC

Pros

Amazing people to work with. Opportunity to constantly learn and mature in your career is limitless. The company truly cares about its employees. Many companies say this but DLC actually shows it. Opportunity to work with highly regarded clients. This has been the best decision I have ever made.

Cons

The only thing I want to say here is that I should have joined DLC sooner.
