      Great Place to Work & Great Position

      Pros

      The nature of my position involves interaction across many different offices, and I have had great experiences with everyone. The management is very flexible and provides structure for success within the position. I haven't been here too long, but I felt that I have been set up to excel at what I am doing. Plus the office I am in has a great culture that is very collaborative.

      Pros

      Working at Addison Group is great because you are surround by a great support system. I am someone who asks a lot of questions and I am extremely curious. The work environment at Addison fosters this and helps me to feel like my voice is heard. The VP of my sector really cares about the well being of his employees and wasn't to make sure that we are continually growing and feeling supported and valued.

      Cons

      Not really any cons with working here, Like I said the people are great!

      Pros

      -Very helpful, fun, and dedicated environment. Everyone around gets a long and puts in a lot of hard work which creates motivation for others around. -Leadership brings a lot of attention to those who work hard, support for those who are in need, and great guidance to success

      Cons

      Maybe a lack of flexibility for remote days.
