      Pros

      Addison is a place of mutual investment. If you invest your time and energy into this company, they will invest back into you.

      Cons

      The staffing industry, in general, can feel cyclical in it's highs and lows. If you are not accustomed to weathering the storms, it's easy to feel a lack of security. This could be an opportunity for more communication and transparency.
