      Pros

      Good stepping stone for getting into a career, very friendly, great training procedures

      Cons

      Very metric based and super competitive environment (especially between branches) sometimes to a fault, not amazing base pay especially for cost of living

      First job out of college - loved it!

      Pros

      Was able to work with a fun group of people - lots of opportunities to learn, advance and take on more responsibilities / earn a commission.

      Cons

      Unless you want to become the branch manager, growth is somewhat tricky. -I went through 5 managers in 2 years.
