      Pros

      Not a single thing, they treat you like you never left middle school

      Cons

      - micromanaging - act like they are flexible but make you feel bad for taking time off or it’ll affect your commission. -better get used to manipulating innocent people into taking not good job opportunities and then fire them a week into jt.

      Best Staffing Firm (I've worked for multiple)

      Pros

      Strong commission plan. Work hard, play hard culture. The most amazing President's Club trip I've seen in the industry. More autonomy then publicly traded staffing firms. Pro sales (less red tape).

      Cons

      Needs to improve it's internal talent acquisition so we can continue to add strong talent to the company

      Micromanaged with unrealistic targets and Lack of support. Targets and goals changed each quarter making it unattainable. Low pay
