I started working with Heidi about a week and a half ago, and I start my new job tomorrow at a phenomenal company with excellent pay! And this wouldn't be possible with Heidi. She works like no other recruiter. She's attentive, realistic, and continuously gave me updates which helped me greatly in my unemployment state. She works extremely organized and prepared ahead of time for all interactions with the client and the company. She is very unique and excellent in what she does, and for me, she placed me at my dream job, and fought for my salary that I desired. One thing that highly impressed me was that before each interview, she would send me a full summary of what I needed to know about the opportunity, provided me with information about the company I was about to interview with, which helped tremendously. I would HIGHLY recommend HEIDI and Addison Group. If you're serious about finding an amazing job and are prepared yourself (cover letter, updated resume, reference letters, certifications, character references (if available) - she can work her magic. Addison Group itself is very efficient, professional and will support you throughout the entire hiring process! I've worked with recruiters and I can honestly say she is HIGHLY above the rest.
