      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      The company is competitive like other firms, but it is fair. In our office the team is very supportive, no one is stealing candidates or job orders and we have a team where everyone trusts each other. Expectations are high for everyone on the team, but they are very achievable.

      Cons

      Staffing is a high stress job with major ups and downs and I don't think it is for everyone.

      Addison Group is a Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      Addison Group has been very accommodating with time off when life happens allowing me to take the time off that I needed. They also provide SO MANY different training opportunities with managers, branch manager, VPs, and all the way up. It truly is a great place to work.

      I can not hardly think of any.

      Addison's culture is great!

      We have an amazing "work hard" play hard culture, and are given the encouragement and tools we need to succeed. We rely on our strong team work and internal partnerships to keep this job fun!

      Cons

      Every workplace has its ups and downs, but overall, this is a great place to work!
