      Great place to grow your career!

      Pros

      Addison Group allows you to grow your career at your own pace without a ceiling for commission compensation. You are in control of your own destiny here! If you are a high producer, you have great flexibility and can even earn unlimited PTO. We have a wonderful team of individuals that I am thankful to work with daily and consider them my work family.

      Cons

      Flexibility goals can be tougher to achieve on some teams but are great once earned!

      Good PTO benefits, high earning potential (from commission) and can be rewarding if you put in the time.

      Cons

      Base salary is fairly low, have to make most of your income from commission.

      -Always provides the tools we need. Even if they do not already have a certain tool - they will find a way to accommodate. -Management actually listens to concerns and suggestions -No stranger to positive reinforcement
