      the co-workers were great here

      Cons

      bad management, use of heavy scare tactics, always working overtime without extra pay - all things pretty common in the staffing industry. I would stear clear of the industry as a whole especially if you're young

      Company culture is great and younger as well as flexibility and hybrid schedule

      Cons

      Pay is low, work life balance is a bit hard a times and not a ton of perks like gym discount, or commuter benefits
