      It was a job during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Expected to work overtime without compensation. Working for team leaders to reap the benefits of your work. Favoritism runs wild and skews your performance results immensely.

      - If you buy into the processes and bring grit and energy every day, your compensation and opportunities to mentor/lead will grow rapidly here - The culture is inviting, competitive, lively, and cultivates an environment to build life-long relationships - Robust learning-and-development - Resources of a large company with the feel of a small organization at local levels

      Cons

      - While the starting base is average, the uncapped commissions quickly outweigh any concerns of base salary.
