Pros

Addison strives to propagate a positive and inclusive work environment, so each day is full of kind interactions with fellow colleagues. Most of my fellow colleagues are quick to own a mistake and even quicker to lend a helping hand when needed. I love working in this community of kind, helpful, and respectful individuals! The maternity leave and return-to-work process after MAT Leave were both great. There was a reasonable approach that helped me adjust to working from home with a little one! There was tons of support throughout the process!

Cons

Unfortunately, since we are fully remote, being a part of the community takes some personal effort. It would be easy to disengage from my colleagues, but Addison puts in extra effort to keep everyone involved!

Addison's culture is unrivaled. Having worked at a few firms of various sizes, I am confident there is not another firm of this size that cares for its people the same way Addison does.

Cons

No real cons. Wouldn't mind cheaper insurance premiums, but they seem to be average with the market.

Addison Group sincerely cares about its people, both professionally and outside of work, and its culture has been built around this principle. Leadership goes above and beyond to create a supportive environment that sets employees up for success.

Cons
