      Pros

      Addison Group is the best company I have worked for. Their employee focus starts at the top, with our CEO, and is reinforced through management from there. If you want to work for a company where you truly feel valued as an employee, this is the place. We are provided with every imaginable resource, to ensure we're successful in our roles. On top of that, the benefits are fantastic.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any cons when it comes to working for Addison Group.

      Pros

      Best Company that I have ever worked! We have an awesome culture, uncapped commissions and a great opportunity for career growth from within the company. You will have a chance to travel to other offices, meet the CEO and be treated as an actual employee, not just a number. Addison Group is where you want to be!

      Cons

      I work out of the OKC office and have to sit and stare at a lake every day...if that doesn't interest you, then this is not the place that you want to be.

      Pros

      Got to drink in the office.

      Cons

      Hours, pay, management is pretty terrible. They will say "work hard play hard" but what that really means is everyone has no work life balance and they take you to lunch every now and then to make up for it. They also don't hire minorities unless its on contract, which is how I guess they get around that. Also you feel scummy taking almost half of people's pay as a recruiter.
