      Extremely fast-paced but an OK place to start

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. PTO is accrued as a salaried employee... The management isn't that flexible/forgiving and the rules aren't the same across each vertical (ex. WFH days). Extremely fast-paced and there are very high expectations. It is a stressful environment as far as time and scheduling, your days are packed with calls and meetings BUT it is a good foundation for learning quickly and understanding how to staff and recruit.

      My experience working at Addison Group has been great! Since my first day my team has been there to support me as I learn the role. Training and Leadership has also been amazing!
