-Super collaborative -Strong commission structure -Management cares about your wellbeing and this is a very "work hard" environment, management is super understanding when you are in need of a day off or a moment to slow down -Great culture, everyone seemingly gets along, teams are close -Welcoming environment

Cons

Hours can be long Benefits are good but could be a little stronger

Addison is a company that lives and breaths it's motto of "People First!" I came to Addison Group 4 yrs. ago with experience in creating, developing and growing HR departments for companies of various sizes. During the past 4 yrs. Addison has provided me with the opportunity to not only utilize my knowledge that I've obtained while working in HR for 20 yrs., but I have been able to continue to learn and develop my knowledge and skills to the next level. I have been able to work with the best of the best in the staffing and consulting industry. I've been able to watch my HR team grow not only in headcount, but in their knowledge and professionalism. Addison Group has allowed me to invest in my team, promote from within and bring in some new amazing talent. Addison Group provides you with the opportunity to create your path to success and the buy in on your success comes from the top.

Management will be there every step of the way, but if you don't put in the effort and are not motivated yourself you will not succeed.
