      Cons

      Little communication with contractor company. I was told one thing by Addison that caused me to agree to be moved to another position, but this move later cost me full-time hours and, therefore, quite a bit of pay.

      Frat house environment. Impossible commission structure. No work/life balance.

      Great company for entry level consultants

      Pros

      Great training! Great Mentors! Great Leadership! Up to date technology. Help you grow professionally. Great incentives and milestones! Company culture was awesome if you like happy hours, golf days, spa days, and race track days. If you put in the work they will help you succeed. Commissions are good once you start closing deals.

      Cons

      Benefits are okay and can be costly. It is a draw which is similar to 100% commission.
