Pros

Work life balance. Fun team environment.

Cons

Nothing was organized. The company was a cluster. Management is very young and doesn't know what they're doing. I was promised a position to be transferred and due to disorganization, told me 3 weeks before my moving date I wouldn't be able to be transferred. Upper management had no idea. They have come up with every excuse in the book on how to not give me money owed. There was also no formal training program. It was more of a "learn by making mistakes".

Pros

I would say the only pros were the sweet candidates I met

Cons

Where to begin? Very cliquey, high school like behavior. There’s ALWAYS alcohol in the office. Even when you’re sick and out of the office THEY HOUND YOU on why you’re not reaching your numbers. I was legit bullied by another colleague it was ridiculous. If you don’t drink youre an outsider. Such a fake environment. The turn over rate is insane.. Worse than I’ve ever seen. They are aware of the people creating such toxic environments and do nothing about it. I hope someone will see this and stay away from this company.

Pros

Not much to say here. I guess they find you a job that is local to you and they are quick to set up the interview process.

Cons

I found a better job, so when it was time to leave they said that I am "ruining" their business. Also, the clauses in the contract are very strict and they are all just about "business"

Everyone’s experience at work is unique and it sounds like yours wasn’t what you had hoped it would be. If you feel as though Addison Group didn’t value you as an employee then obviously the overall mission of our company towards our employees wasn’t clearly portrayed. We are happy to hear that your career has moved on to a place that you feel is better and as always, we are extremely grateful for your feedback. Hopefully your input can help us ensure that when other employees move on from Addison Group, they can do so feeling good about us. Best of luck to you!
