Pros

- I was able to bond with people through our mutual trauma of this place. - I now know my worth as an employee somewhere else.

Cons

- It was so bad I would like to give you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a one. - They gaslight you into thinking they pay a market value wage when I was continually sought after other companies paying $15-25k more base. - They want you to lie to candidates you make a buck . - Definitely have favorites and will make it known. - Commission plan is bad on top of the even worse salary. -There is ALWAYS drama, it felt like being in high school. Everyone is petty and backstabbing. - Managements hates being brought to with facts and don’t want to listen to what you have to say if you don’t like it. - Apples have seen less turnover.

Pros

Opportunity to make a lot of money, social life is big

Cons

Base salary is pretty low even if you have a bachelors degree and prior experience. No flexibility with work hours unless you've been with the company for a long time and are in a senior/management position, pretty much everyone works the standard 7:30/8 to 5. Taking more than a 15 minute lunch and leaving work at 5 will get you side eye. I knew a lot of people who everyday for years arrived at 7, ate lunch at their desk while working, and didn't leave go home until 6. Management style varies with different departments, some being more strict than others. Overall it's a very young environment. Majority of people are under 35. Managers attract a lot of recent college grads. Turnover rate is pretty high. And I haven't even mentioned the toxicity of the office social environment. Drinking is very prominent. Bottles of alcohol and cases of beer are often seen in the office kitchen, under peoples desks or even on them. On Fridays a lot of people would drink at their desk while they worked (some starting at 9am) and/or go out for lunch and get drunk....not normal. Lots of pressure to go out drinking/partying with co-workers after hours as well. I saw and heard multiple instances of management sleeping with employees and inappropriate in-office relationships. Usually nothing was done about it. It's a literal HR nightmare...Again, some teams were more into this than others. If drinking and/or drinking at work bothers you, I would stay far away from this place or seriously look into which team you're joining.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We’re disappointed to hear about your personal experience. We have always provided resources for employees to voice workplace concerns, including our HR business partners, and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises. In the past year, we’ve continued to open the door for two-way communication, including our most recent anonymous companywide survey. We truly value the feedback we receive including what you’ve provided here. Our main priorities are our employees, their safety, and their overall experience. In a corporate environment, it’s important to have consistent schedules so we can work with our clients, but we do offer our employees flexibility when it comes to taking time off and ensuring they have a good work/life balance. To help create a consistent experience across the board, we offer our leaders training opportunities that focus on teamwork and support. We are proud to provide competitive opportunities for employees at all levels whether they are new grads or tenured leaders. Continuously improving the way we support our team has always been a staple of our business. We know this work is never done and appreciate you taking the time to provide your insight.
