Great Place to work

Pros

It's the best company to work for if you want to be in staffing long term. Competitive compensation plans, lots of room to grow and just enough process to keep everyone works towards goals but gives you a lot of freedom to accommodate your clients needs.

Cons

With a company growing as fast as AG there have been some growing pains. The management team seems aware of it and addressing the situation.

Great place to work!

Pros

It's a environment open to collaboration and team work. They hire smart, hard working people who want to succeed and see their teammates succeed. Open door policy with the leadership and great open communication. They regularly promote their employees and transfer to other offices and give opportunities to open new offices quite quickly. If you work hard, you will succeed.

Cons

Phone, phone, phone. It's a numbers game. If you're not open to making a lot of calls in a day to either candidates or clients and if you're off put by rejection, then it's not for you. The con is in the job, not the company.

Pros

AG takes care of their employees better than any other company I've worked for. There are countless opportunities to connect with senior management and learn from the best. The office culture is is a wonderfully fun atmosphere that fosters teamwork and positive/healthy competition. There is never a dull moment.

Cons

Recruiting is a grind - a worthwhile grind, but you should do your research on recruiting before making any decisions. I can't think of any cons other than this job is not for everyone. That being said, once you learn the ropes and understand how to be successful (and Addison does a great job in training/preparing you), you will be excited to tackle every week and strive for success.
