      HR/Admin Vertical Is Toxic and Driven by Executive Discretion

      Good lesson in recognizing toxic leadership early

      Cons

      Left the company shortly after realizing HR/ADMIN vertical decisions appear heavily driven by executive discretion rather than measurable performance. Also branch managers will call you on weekends and after work.

Since Addison is located in 28 different offices experiences may vary, but it is few and far between where I see anything this bad.
