Pros

Addison has amazing leaders who empower, train, and motivate their employees with reasonable expectations, constructive feedback, and empowering management that keeps you on track and accountable without micromanaging. Many of the offices that have carried poor reputations have made changes, hired new managers, and have rebuilt from the ground up. I am extremely happy here and love the support, incentives, and culture we have here. Internal referral policy is great, chances to advance (they promote almost exclusively from within) and grow are awesome. I have managers and top-earners from offices across the country offering support and advice, which is hugely unique.

Cons

Base pay is less than industry standard for large market cities, but if you're in recruiting for a big base, then you're probably missing the point anyway.

Pros

Opportunity to make a good amount of money if you work hard.

Cons

They push individual goals as well as team goals which conflict with each other most of the time.
