Pros

Great pay, efficient systems. Comfortable work setting, beautiful office views. Work fridge, nice co workers.

Cons

Somewhat dissatisfying and meaningless work. Some petty manager drama made a lot of people leave, but I left because I needed to feel useful and there I was not. Attempts to be transparent were seen by managers but ultimately not as much respect to think critically with constant changing policies.

Not somewhere you want to be forever

Pros

If you perform well, they’ll treat you nicely and give you flexibility and different types of incentives. Depending on what manager tug have, you can have a good team.

Cons

Benefits are just okay. Not great. There’s constant pressure to produce. If you don’t, they’ll cut you.
