      Couldn't Be More Thankful...

      Pros

      CEO promotes a "People-First" culture, and I have seen this lived out in many ways by the CEO and by the senior leadership of the company. This attitude flows down to the managers and employees. Supportive, caring and thoughtful environment. Addison Group does great at recognizing and celebrating employees. Coworkers are willing to jump in to brainstorm and help in the tough situations. Company offers a free medical plan, short-term disability paid out at 100%, wellness program, and hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      My commute can be long but thankful for a hybrid work environment.
