Pros

**You can be hired as a recent grad with no experience and be taught recruiting from the ground up. **You will get to specialize in a specific skill set - IT, Accounting, Healthcare, etc. - to become an expert within the industry. **There is room for growth and opportunities to relocate to other offices. **The people you work with here are what make it the best place to learn and come to work every day **Earning potential is linked to your effort and consistency and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates **Work life balance is good from day one and company continues to offer flexibility in time with proven / high performers **Tenure within the office brings a high level of experience and many to learn from

Cons

The recruiting industry can be a rollercoaster - it takes at least a year to get going for many (even if you are doing all the right things) - so you have to be willing to put in a lot of work on the front end to start seeing success in year 2 and on.

Great Job, Better People

Pros

I have been with Addison internally for 2 years and found that my experience could never be described as boring. I have had the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, being taken under the wing of the best of the best. I have been blessed with opportunities that most have to go years into their career to have. The chance to show what you are capable of really starts from the very first day and it pays off. The Staffing industry is always moving and changing and being on the back side of it really challenges you to think outside of the box but never are my ideas turned down because I am thinking 'too small' In addition, we have a great culture and always trying to connect everyone internally even if they aren't on your specific team or office. It's truly a work hard play harder thought process and it always pays off.

Cons

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (integrating new tools, finding better processes , navigating a covid landscape, ect.) that comes along with any growing business right now. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong but to focus on what's happening that is right and the progress in action that can support that. Growth and change is an opportunity to define the future success of the company and the role you play in it. There will always be bad day days, but there are far more better ones.

We’re so glad to hear about your great experience at Addison! We love seeing our employees work together and live our core values! We learned a lot in 2020 and are continuing to grow based on the feedback we’ve received internally and through reviews like yours. As a company focused on people and culture, we’re excited to evolve our practices to ensure our teams continue to feel connected and supported. Initiatives such as enhanced leadership training and recruiting efforts are underway to help us achieve this. We’ve also been making efforts to shine a light on our employees, both externally and internally, to showcase the people that make us great. We certainly understand that there is always room to grow and encourage you to continue providing us feedback, whether it’s here or internally, so we can keep making Addison a great place to work for everyone.
