      Pros

      Addison Group is such a great company to work for. Company Culture is priority #1. The company truly cares about each and every employee. I think our vertical, Finance and Accounting direct hire, is an ideal choice for someone who wants to learn the headhunting business from top elite producers which decades of experience in permanent placement.
