-excellent workplace culture: very supportive, inclusive, kind, and professional coworkers -great management, very communicative -always looking to keep up with developing tech/AI/looking to be more efficient -truly cares about its workers and mentoring the younger generation of employees to be successful and happy -very efficient at communication between departments

Cons

honestly- none for me could be problematic for those who dislike desk-based work
