      Pros

      You will be familiar with your state. Other departments are great

      Cons

      Management and training sucks. There is a lack of training. The weeky meetings are all over the place. And the new supervisor is messy and unprofessional. The Manager will change on you every other week but hide behind being nice. Human resources is a mess and don't communicate with employees.
