Cons

Unprofessional staff. Gossiping, poor hoirs, never pay on time, have to keep track of hours or they will short you on your check.

Pros

Convenient location Nice facility ample parking Treat perks, Bangles on Fridays and pizza parties for staff Some very good employees

Cons

Worked in the Central Area. Extremely poor management. Several people in charge fool around in their area do not help other areas that have a need for help. Management has unrealistic expectations on deadlines being met. There is NO forethought in getting things completed it's a "fly by the seat of your pants" which causes chaos and horrible morale amongst staff. Everyone I knew is looking for another employer. Rules are not enforced across the board. People are called out on certain things while others get away with the infractions. Several co workers are very rude bordering on harassment. Advancement is poor here and it's very obviously bias. Also working hours are ridiculous. There are people who regularly have to stay horrible hours (talking 9, 10 at night) to get work completed because there is no help or solutions offered. Extremely stressful and leads to mistakes that could be avoided.

No pros as to employment with this company. If it were possible Addus would only receive 1/2 star.

Cons

--Lack of interpersonal skills throughout various department levels. --Poor communication - being that voicemail messages are RARELY returned. --Appalling and continual payroll problems - persist issues with non payment for hours worked, as well as being paid at the wrong pay rate. --Called the corporate office and held for 48 minutes without ever reaching a live person. It was solely the recorded message that all agents are assisting other callers.
