Medical insurance is paid and that is it.

Cons

They treat you like your below avg intelligence. You will not get paid for what you work. They mess with your mileage, drive time, holiday pay, hours, your wages in general. They lie to you most of the time. If you treat your employees this badly it affects your overall clients health and they do not care about client if they can get to you.

I cannot think of a single thing. I had 5 direct supervisors in one year. Only one knew what he was talking about. That's a pro.

Cons

This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, and job scared group of people I have ever experienced.

I gave this a lot of thought and have nothing for you.

I have never worked for a company that cares nothing about any of its employees or clients until I worked for Addus. I had to leave the company after only 6 months of employment due to ethical and moral issues built within myself. They would not pay the aides timely with multiple errors. These are men and women who make daily decisions on if they are going to pay a bill or eat for the week. I screamed, yelled, and fought for my employees until I came to the realization that they legitimately do not care about anything other then the dollars they make. It's such a shame and that is just the tip of the iceberg. There are lots of reviews on here about managent turnover, I am assuming it is because the managers have a conscious just like me and cannot work for such a corrupt agency. If only you knew what happens behind the scenes... healthcare should not be allowed to operate in this way. Agency's should be about the client first and provide the best care they can. This is not one of those companies. Please do not choose it as an employer or healthcare provider.
