Very low pay. High turnover. Needs to do better assessments BEFORE sending out a caregiver. No opportunity to move up

Pros

Arcadia employs decent, friendly caregivers and the clients are usually nice people in fairly good areas.

Cons

Grant office staff does not communicate together and double bookings are very common. They offer raises but then freeze them. They book you based on how much you kiss up or they say there is no work.

The experience, the clients and some employees.

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Pay sucks for the amount of work that a person has to do with this job. Literally expected to get 80 hours worth of work done in a 40 hour work. Meaning the quality of the entire company is seriously low. They won't pay bottom of the totem pole enough to even live. Service coordinators do so much work that management is completely unaware of (How? I have no idea) My office was seriously neglected by every person in upper management. They have no training coordinators to train new caregivers or service coordinators.
