Pros

Free travel when working to and from work

Cons

Long hours on feet. Not long enough breaks for 12 hours. Pay reducted for shifts you can’t reach on time (AM) shifts even know they allocate it to you and know it’s not possible to get there on time when the first train out gets you there after start time. Only allowed to travel on Swr services and no other toc without paying for ticket so you can reach shift on time. Have to pay for parking at stations or taxis (if you don’t drive) out of own wages and don’t get reimbursed. Pay reducted on TTS bonus shifts even know it’s suppose to be extra money for turning up to shifts without hand backs, sick days etc. Physically and verbally abused by customers and expected to take it.
