      Steady paycheck overshadowed by toxic leadership and environment

      Pros

      The only pro is a steady paycheck, although small compared to the work you are expected to do.

      Cons

      Lies, discrimination, lack of integrity, hostile work environment, and the worst leadership you could imagine. The corporate functions are allowed to deceive and lie to get their way and will retaliate to get their way.

      Pros

      Some really fantastic teams and veteran recruiters to assist new hires in orienting and learning.

      Cons

      LHH began aggressively laying recruiters off starting in late January. From new recruiters who were still finding their feet and not hitting their numbers to veteran high performing recruiters who had a slow Q1. It's really tense and folks are anxious they'll be next. Health insurance is United.
