Pros

Flexibility is offered in your workday and your desk as a remote employee. Full-desk recruiting can be a challenge affected by markets, holidays, and many outside factors, but grit and having your own drive will create immense success for you. Benefits are adequate, performance incentive pay options and commission structure is competitive and can be lucrative. If you're good at sales and good with people, this could be an amazing opportunity for you!

Cons

If you want to reach beyond your minimum performance goals, it may depend on whether you're able to spend more than 40 hours and work outside the normal 8-5 business hours of your time zone (but the mission can really drive you here).
