As a current employee of Adecco with almost 10 years of tenure here, I'm consistently impressed with the amount of freedom the company allows of it's employees to brand not only themselves, but the company as a whole. Adecco truly believes that their employees are the best way to market the company and in turn will invest significantly in training and career advancement. Another huge bonus is the open-door policy from the N. America president, Joyce Russel, all the way to the local branches. Your voice will not go unheard and creative ideas are always encouraged.
