Pros

Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Unethically and immorally, lacking remuneration reviews leading to loss of great workers along with unequal pay gaps which are larger than most employers in the current job market. Inexperienced senior leaders and management. Tendency of lacking retention of employees. No bonuses, compensation or benefits. Lacks innovation and change. Uses very old systems with no intention of upgrading.

Pros

Interactive work culture & good clientele

Cons

Adecco doesn't have good influence to provide the benefits that employees request. For some clientele which they provide to s to, they staffing to, they can't give them the medical insurance or leave encashment even after multiple requests from the staff. This may not apply to all their clientele. It's just a personal experience
