The people were mostly good to work with

Cons

Relatively low pay (12 dollars an hour) and high likelihood of being let go, depending on how busy things are. There isn't a lot of room for advancement. Procedures are very unclear which leaves a lot of ambiguity.

Due to the nature of recruitment, the working hours can be quite long. However, this is not due to company culture but more of the nature of the job as usually candidates are more available to speak after hours
