Pros

Working with the kids, & money was ok at the time, & a handful of staff were great. Free dinner that was ok I guess, oh & off ground trips were fun as well

Cons

I worked there for 6 yrs....... Horrible is how I can describe it,money seem to disappear by administration, backstabbing coworkers who you think are your friends but are not, and people coming down to the units and telling you how the kids need to live their lives and what treatments they need or what we need to do with the kids but you would just wish that those same people would take a minute and work a shift in your shoes, Administration is all about themselves & not the staff, long hours, too many chiefs & not enough Indians, never enough money for the kids to enjoy off grounds activities, oh & bed bugs!!!!

Pros

Free lunch and health plan

Cons

Your 4 year bachelor's degree that you worked so hard for does not matter here. You will start off making $14-16 and never get a raise. Whereas upper management is making $90,000 a year and up so why would they care? Everyone is to themselves, management is just plain nasty. Lots of employees come and go, but we don't know of it except through rumors. Poor communication- About 10 employees in the Processing Center have been fired/let go in the past 6 months, but we still don't know why. It's not worth it to work here getting a back injury or getting hit by a baseball bat for $14 an hour. Oh there's no parking so your car will get hit from everyone trying to squeeze in Run away
