Steady schedule if you work in one of the schools

Cons

Pay rate to risk of injury ratio is unbelievably off kilter. The administration will punish you whether or not you have a doctor’s note. HR is lazy and incompetent, they never answer the phone and when they do they say whatever the can to get off the phone. Since the point system started they’re more than 20 people understaffed and there are no signs of improvement. There are several staff members involved in inappropriate physical relationships and staff are a little too excited to put these children into holds.
