Building relationships, helping students, field trips, free lunch

Cons

Unfair pay between the two academies in the school. People of color are rarely promoted, people in power are mostly White (and its not reflective of educational status). No breaks , lunch is to be eaten with the students.

No reviews, no raises, no communication, no accountability, no courtesy, no job descriptions, no training, no parking, no organization, no leadership. Pay is so low that you will not be able to support yourself.

Flexible hours, free lunches, some good people but not many.

Cons

Low pay, unprofessional coworkers, managers who claim to be too busy to sit down and talk to you, some of the computer software seems to be hopelessly outdated. Terrible cliques. One manager in particular is just plain nasty. No place to park.
