      You can get away with doing below the bare minimum for the job Work culture is nice

      Cons

      Difficult to move internally unless working there for more than 2 years in the same position Extremely low pay and compensation along with overwork Upper management does not really listen to concerns Too heavy on AI initiatives without proper knowledge on how to safely use it
