Company mostly uses the latest technology and invests into keeping it up to date, creating a valuable environment for developers to learn and remain competitive in the job market. That also attracts curious and smart individuals from whom you can learn even more.

Cons

Company is really performance oriented and software engineers could feel overwhelmed by the workload. That same issue is visible in the results of eNPS surveys the company is conducting monthly. Also I don't think that salary is competitive when comparing to other tech companies in Lithuania.
