- To start with, no matter which team you’re part of, the work is always engaging and meaningful — thanks to the talented people in Adform’s Lithuania office. - The teams in Lithuania and Poland are truly a pleasure to work with — collaborative, skilled, and supportive.

Cons

- Adform Mumbai office has a worst management ever. - Mumbai office is run by 3 people and people would imagine their name 😊 They only support their people who they brought along from Itiviti company. This management has been disappointing for many. - This group, including the leadership, tends to show little respect for others and has even been known to mock colleagues. - No matter how skilled or hardworking you are, your efforts often go unnoticed and unappreciated. - Management doesn’t seem to trust employees, which is clear from their strict five-day office requirement. - Because of this toxic environment, a lot of great people have already left the Mumbai office.
